Aim of the Policy:
The aim of this cancellation policy is to provide clarity and fairness regarding cancellations and transfers for our children’s holiday camp. We seek to ensure that parents and guardians understand their rights and responsibilities while also safeguarding the operational integrity of the camp. This policy helps us manage bookings effectively, allowing us to plan for a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
1. Cancellation by Participant:
- 15 to 30 Days Before Arrival:
- 50% refund of the total fees paid.
- 14 Days and Less Before Arrival:
- No refund will be issued.
- Cancellations due to sickness is guided by Sickness Policy
2. Cancellation by Camp:
- In the event that the camp must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, health emergencies), participants will receive a full refund of all fees paid.
3. Transfer Policy:
- Participants may transfer their reservation to another child up to 14 days before the camp start date. A transfer fee of £25 applies.
4. Notification Process:
- All cancellations and transfer requests must be submitted in writing via email [email protected]. The date of receipt will determine the applicable refund policy.
5. Special Circumstances:
- In cases of medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances, participants may request a review for a possible exception to this policy. Documentation may be required.
