An innovative Internship delivered by Aldridge & 8billionideas
The Aldridge Internship is a 3-day experience designed to:
- Give you an insight into the daily processes of 8billionideas.
- Unlock your inner intrapreneur.
- Focus, develop and pitch incredible ideas.
Your task? Show us you have the skills and beliefs to succeed, as you complete tasks for each department in our company.

Impress them with your enthusiasm and ingenuity, and you’ll graduate from that department, moving on until you complete the Internship.
Each day work through the modules, and put the activities you complete into a dossier, which you’ll submit to the head of the relevant department.
Throughout your journey you will hear from Guest Speakers who will offer their experience as well as answer any questions that you may have. At the conclusion of the 3 days, you will receive an certificate of completion.
